摘要
目的探讨游戏性体育活动对小学生心理健康的影响,为小学体育教学的改革提供依据。方法将小学五年级学生202名(其中男生98名,女生104名)随机分为游戏组和非游戏组进行现场实验研究,采用《心理健康诊断测验》测定小学生实验前后的心理健康水平,收回有效问卷185份。结果游戏组对人焦虑、孤独倾向、恐怖倾向明显降低,非游戏组孤独倾向、身体症状明显上升;游戏组高得分人群对人焦虑、孤独倾向、恐怖倾向明显降低。结论游戏性体育活动有利于维护和改善小学生的心理健康,对心理健康水平低的小学生作用尤为突出。
Objective To explore the impact of game on mental health of pupils, and to provide evidence for the reform of pupils ' physical education.Methods Two hundred and two pupils in grade 5 were divided into two groups (game group, non-game group). By using the Mental Health Test (MHT), they were tested before and after the experiment. Results In game group, after the experiment, the scores of personal anxiety, loneliness tendency and phobic tendency significantly decreased, but in the non-game group, scores of londiness tendency and body symptom significantly increased. Conclusion Game physical education can improve pupils' mental health, especially among the pupils with lower psychological status.
