肥胖学生血脂变化特点的病例对照研究

Case-control Study on Characteristics of Serum Lipids Among Obese Students

目的了解肥胖学生血脂变化的特点,为肥胖的干预提供依据。方法对88名肥胖和88名对照组学生进行血脂检查,并分析血脂与体重、年龄、性别的关系。结果肥胖学生存在血脂紊乱的占47.73%、胆固醇(TC)异常的占29.55%、三酰甘油(TG)异常的占19.32%、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)异常的占19.32%、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)异常的占5.68%,对照组学生分别占15.91%,1.14%,5.68%,2.27%,9.09%。其中血脂,TC,TG,LDL-C 2组间差异有统计学意义。肥胖组和对照组的HDL-C均数分别为1.28,1.46mmol/L,差异有统计学意义。肥胖学生中,血脂异常的检出率随着体质量增加而上升。结论肥胖学生存在明显的血脂紊乱,表现为高TC,TG,LDL-C,而且血脂紊乱与体质量有关。

Objective To study the features of obese students＇ serum lipids, and to provide bases for the prevention against obesity. Methods Serum liped was measured in 88 obese children and 88 controls. The relationships with body weight, age and gender were also analyzed.Results The prevalence of abnormal serum l ipids, high TC, high TG, high LDL-C, and HDL-C were 47.73 %, 29.55 %, 19.32%, 19.32% and 5.68 % in obesity group and 15.91%, 1.14%, 5.68%, 2.27% and 9.09% in the control.The abnormal serum ipid, TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly different in the two groups. The mean value of HDL-C was sisnificantly lower in the obesity（ 1.28 vs 1.46mmol/L）. In obese children, the prevalence of abnoral serum lipids increased with body weight. Conclusion The obese students have obvious abnormal serum lipids such as high TC, TG and LDL-C. Body weight correlated with the degree of serum lipids disorder.
