新世纪中国体育发展理念的思考——以奥林匹克宗旨为参照

The thinking about the idea of China sports' development in the new century——Refer to Olympic tenet

奥林匹克理想在世界体育运动发展中独树一帜。它不仅从人类社会体育文化发展的高度着眼于人的全面发展,进而表现出了深厚的人文主义底蕴,同时与当代国际社会发展以及人类的美好理想与追求相吻合,因而受到绝大多数国家政府,包括许多国际组织的热情支持,吸引了世界各国众多青少年以及奥林匹克运动爱好者的广泛参与。奥林匹克理想至少具有四个较为明显的特征:一是普适性;二是普时性,三是崇高性,四是与时俱进性。中国体育事业的发展理念是在新中国成立之初的特定历史环境下形成的,具有较强的中国特色和政治色彩,尤其强调“增强人民体质”。改革开放20多年来,受到体育运动成绩的鼓舞,我们在体育事业发展理念中增加了竞技体育“为国争光”的内涵。囿于我们对体育工具性(“增强体质”和“为国争光”都仅仅作为工具)的理解和认识,以致当代中国体育仍旧把“增强体质”和“为国争光”作为价值理念。这种体育发展理念已经不能适应当代中国构建“以人为本的和谐社会”发展目标的需要,尤其不能真正体现为人的全面发展服务的理想。

Olympic ideal has a style of its own in the development of world sports. It not only completely has human all-- round development in mind at the level of the development of human social .qports culture,but also behaves deep humanism details, It tallies with the development of interna tional society of the time and human nice ideal and pursuit. So it obtains the passional support of the governments in most countries including many international organizations, It attracts many teen-agers all over the world and fans of Olympic movements to partieipate in. Olympic ideal has four obvious characters at least：the 1st is prevalent adaptability ,the 2nd is prewdent timeliness, the 3rd is lofty nature ,the 4th is going ahead together with time. The idea about the development of China sports was established in the special historical circumstance at the beginning of new China coming into existence＇. It has strong Chinese feature and politieal eolouring and specially emphasize ＂building up the people＇ s health＂, It has been more than 20 years since reform and open. We have been inspired by the success of sports and added the meaning of ＂winning honor for the country＂ in the idea about the development of China sports. Because of our limited understanding and cognition abot, t sports （＂building up the people＇s health＂ and ＂winning honor for the country＂ art＂ only as tools）,we still regard ＂building up the people＇s health＂ and ＂winning honor for the country＂ as value idea in contemporary China, This kind of idea about the development of China sports can＇1 suit the need of building ＂harmonious society of the main task is humanbeiings＂ in contem.porary China, and especially can＇t really, serve for the all--round development of people.
