我国粮食主产区提高粮食综合生产能力浅见——以吉林省生产实践为例

SHALLOW OPINIONS ABOUT IMPROVING GRAIN COMPREHENSIVE PRODUCTIVITY IN MAJOR GRAIN PRODUCTION REGIONS OF CHINA——Taking Production Practice in Jilin Province as an Example

概述了粮食主产区的内涵,分析了我国13个粮食主产区生产出的大量粮食,对解决温饱、保障国家粮食安全和国民经济发展作出重大历史性贡献。同时,以吉林省粮食主产区的生产实践,论述了依靠科技进步、组装模式化栽培体系、大搞农田基本建设等提高粮食主产区粮食综合生产能力的意见。

This paper summarizes the connotation of major grain production region, analyzes that the huge amount of grain produced by 13 grain production regions in China has made important and historical contribution for solving people＇s food and clothing problems, securing the nation＇s grain safety, as well as ensuring the development of national economy. This paper also expounds some opinions for improving grain comprehensive productivity of major grain production regions, such as relying on science and technology progress, establishing cultivation system with fixed pattern, enhancing basic construction of farm lands, etc..
