摘要
为探讨内皮素在神经源性肺水肿中的意义,我们利用犬硬膜外囊注入生理盐水升高颅内压的模型,升高颅内压到8kPa维持6小时。犬血浆内皮素、肺动脉压、全身血管阻力指数、肺血管阻力指数增加,全心功能不全。肺血管通透性和肺含水量明显增加。结果表明,内皮素参与了肺微循环,在神经源性肺水肿的病理生理机理中发挥重要作用。
Intracranial hypertension mod- el was established in dogs by quickly injecting an epidural balloon with saline. the intracra- nial pressure ICPwas raised to 8 kpa snd maintained for 6 hours. The dog with elevated ICP showed increase in the level of endothelin and pulmonary arterial pressure, systemic vas- cular resistance index, pulmonary vascular re- sistance index and total cardiac dysfunction. Pulmonary vascular permeability and lung wa- ter content were increased markedly. The re- sults suggest that endothelin may involved in the pathophysiological process of neurogenic pulmonary edema.
