摘要
通过对体验营销基本理论的分析,针对企业如何实施体验营销,提出了如下几点策略建议:首先,应注重培养企业的体验文化,塑造体验营销理念;其次,提供贴心、真诚的优质服务;再次,在体验营销过程中,不断创新设计体验;最后,建立完善的体验式营销体系。
By analyzing experiencing marketing basic theories, this paper puts forward several suggestions on how enterprises should implement experiencing marketing. In order to implement experiencing marketing smoothy, the enterprise shoulel first foster the experiencing marketing culture in the enterprise ;secondly ,the enterprise should provide considerate and sinere service ;thirdly,in the process, the enterprise should keep in designing new experience;finally a perfect experiencing marketing system should be established.
