精神病人自杀行为分析及防范措施探讨

Analysis and Prevention on Suicide Committing of the Paticnts with Mental Disease

目的探讨精神病人的自杀行为并制定防范措施。方法对613例精神疾病病人自杀状况进行调查,并分析其相关因素。结果自杀行为发生率为5.87%。年龄大,既往有自杀史及伴发躯体疾病病人发生自杀行为者居多。有情感障碍者发生率最高;自杀行为多发生于病人起病一年内,夜间或凌晨偏多,春夏季显著高于秋冬季。结论精神病人的自杀行为不容忽视,应制订有效的防范措施。

Objective To discuss the suicide comitting action of the patients with mental disease and the preveniton. Methods Investigation was made to the conditions of 613 patients and the relatve factors were analyzed. Restlts The incidence rate of suicide commiting was 5.8 % ,more incidences were found in patients at old age,with past history of suicide commiting and disability of the body ;The highest incidence rate was found in patients with affective disorder; Suicide committing happened mostly within the first year of morbidity,more at night and dawn, higher incidence in spring and summer than in autumn and winter. Conclusion More attention should be paid to the suicide committing of the patients with mental disease and certain prevention measure should be made.
