急性心肌梗塞患者肌酸激酶同功酶和血小板的测定及临床意义分析

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)浓度和血小板(PLT)计数变化的临床意义。方法分别对42例AME患者于发病后24小时及第3天进行CK-MB浓度和PLT测定,并与50例正常对照进行比较。结果发病后24小时AMI组CK-MB浓度比对照组显著增高(P<0.01),PLT计数比对照组显著减少(P<0.01)。发病后第3天AMI组CK-MB浓度与对照组比较无显著差异,PLT计数比对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论CK-MB含量和PLT数量的变化对AMI的早期诊断及病情监测有重要意义。
