摘要
预警机制缺乏是导致人力资源危机的重要因素。防范人力资源危机的有效措施是开展人力资源危机预警。人力资源危机预警的过程和功能是:建立危机预警管理理念、预警规划、危机日常监控、危机决策与行动和危机行动总结。这一过程不断循环,企业人力资源危机免疫力也就不断增强。
The key to human resource crisis management is to building early warning system. The basic functions and the procedure of HRC early warning are to build the early warning philosophy, to make HRC early warning plan, to monitor and track the operation of human resource, to make decision and take action on crisis, and to make after - action review of both the crisis incident and the steps taken to solve it. The HRC early warning process does not end once a crisis has occurred and been resolved, so it recommends that the procedure be placed in a continuous feedback loop so that the enterprise can enhance its capability to identify and deal with HRC.
