摘要
激励员工是一个讨论了多年的话题,特别是不断强调个性化管理、人文管理的今天。但纵观对员工激励的理论或方法的探讨,大多数的研究是要找出员工的需要或是研究激励过程的实施,即如何通过满足员工的需要来激发员工指向组织目标的行为,以达成组织目标。但是在实践中,管理者发现,似乎大多数激励理论在运用中都会出现这样或那样的问题。文章从一个新的视角来探讨对员工实施激励的前提条件。
Motivating staff is a topic of discussion for many years, in particular the ongoing emphasis on individualized management, management of the humanities today. However, a scanning view of the theory and methods of encouraging staff, the majority is to identify the needs of their employees or study the implementation process, how to meet the needs of staff to inspire the staff to achieve organizational goals. However, managers find that the most motivation theory emerged many questions in practice. From a new perspective, the paper explores the premise of motivating staff.
