摘要
在介绍茶香物质的组成、分析检测以及药用价值的基础上,重点对醇类茶香物质的提取方法进行了探讨。
The constituents,and analytical methods of aromatic substances in tea and their application in the medicine are described. Extraction methods of aromatic alcoholic substances in tea were specially studied.
