新生儿白细胞直方图异常变化的原因分析

The Analysis of Abnormal Changcs on Neonate WBC Histograms.

目的针对目前全自动血球仪在我国的普遍使用的现状，强调应重视血细胞显微镜检查。方法使用ABXMICROS 60-OT全自动血细胞计数仪计数25例足月新生儿，观察白细胞直方图的改变，井同时用显微镜分类计数。结果由于仪器的的局限性，难以对新生儿白细胞进行较完善的分类。结论新生儿外周血中杆状细胞增多，异型淋巴细胞增多或其它类型的异常导致白细胞直方圈的不规则多峰。所以只有加强血细胞显微镜检查，才能为临床提供高质量的检验结果，才能更有利于诊断和治疗。

Ohjective Based on the current situation of full-automatic hematology analyzer used widely, the microscopic examination on peripheral blood smear should be emphasized, Methods ABX MICROS 60-OT automatic hematology analyzer was used to observed the chungcs on WBC histograms of 25 full-term newborns,using microscope to examine blood smears respectively. Rusults Because of the limitation of automatic hematology analyzer, WBC could not be differentiated rightly. Conclusion As more bands o, increased atypical lymphoeytes or other abnormalities in neonate peripheral blood, leaded to WBC histograms abnormal.It was very important to perform peripheral blood smear.It can provide more accurate and reliable information to clinical doctors.
