On Student Management under the Mobile Teaching Condition

流动教学条件下,学生管理工作将面临新的挑战和考验。本文从理顺关系,加强学生工作机构与队伍建设;转变观念,创新学生管理工作的理念和方法;规范管理,确保学生管理工作的有效开展三个方面提出了应对的措施。

Student management is to face new challenges under mobile teaching condition. This paper proposes countermeasures from three aspects, which are to ＂make clear the relations and strengthen building up student management system and team＂, to ＂change ideas so as to work innovatively, as well as to ＂guarantee the administration effectively＂ etc.
