摘要
研制成功的ZA—9O高硅丝光沸石甲苯歧化或烷基转移催化剂,在反应压力3.OMPa、LHSV1.2h^(-1)、氢烃分子比6.7/1下反应1000小时,反应温度390℃~405℃,转化率42.28mol%,选择性97.54mol%.在引进装置上工业应用近四年来,反应压力2.2MPa,LHSV不大于0.36h^(-1),产物中苯加二甲苯为41.81mol%,芳烃收率98.69mol%,反应温度低,提温速度慢,现仍继续使用.
The developed ZA -90 high silicon mordenite toluene disproportionating or alkyl transfer catalyst, under the reaction conditions of 3. 0 MPa, LHSV 1. 2h-1 , mole proportion of H2 to hydrocarbon 6. 7/1, temperature 390℃~405℃ ,And reaction duration 1000hr, its conversibility is 42. 28mol%, and its selectivity is 97. 54 mol%. And the catalyst has been used in an imported installation for nearly four years with reaciton pressure 2. 2MPa, LHSV> 0. 26 h-1, toluene plus xylene in products 41. 8 mol%, yield of aromatic hydrocarbons 98. 69 mol%. Its industrial application has shown that its reaction temperature is low; its temperature rising is sLow; and the catalyst still remains in use.
