Practice of Information Management System in New Cooperative Medical System

改进和完善农村医疗保险,既是我国农村经济和社会发展的客观需要,又是广大农民群众的迫切要求。该文介绍农保计算机管理系统的建立及实施过程,阐述了如何确立方案,如何修改现有流程以实现农保政策以及在该系统建设过程中应考虑及需完善的问题。

Improving and perfecting rural medical insurance is not only the requirement of development of rural economy and society, but also the urgent demand of farmers. This paper introduced the establishment and implementation of computer management system in new cooperative medical system （NCMS） and expounded how to determine the scheme,how to revise the current flow to realize the policies of NCMS and some issues that should be considered and perfected during the construction of the information management system.
