本文介绍了大型台车式电阻炉RT-1400的结构及设计计算。炉衬的热计算采用了非稳态的有限差量计算法。该炉经一年多的使用,处理的产品质量达到技术要求,单耗很低,仅为180kW·h/t。
This article introduces the structure and designing calculation of RT-1400 big bogie hearth resistance furnace. The finit differencial method at non-steady state is used in lining heat calculation. This furnace has been operated for more than one year, the quality of workpieces treated conforms to their technical requirements. The specific power consumption is very low, only 180kW·h/t.
