由层次分析法建立了一个大中型工业企业技术改造的综合评价模型,结合有关数据和调查资料,在对辽宁省大中型工业企业技术改造进行综合评价和比较分析的基础上,针对辽宁大中型工业企业技术改造存在问题及原因,提出了有针对性的对策。

This article builds up a synthetic model for large-middle industrial enterprises＇ technique reconstruction from Analytic Hierarchy Process, on the basis of relative statistics and surveys and synthetic appreciation and contrasting analysis for large-middle industrial enterprises＇ technique reconstruction in Liaoning province, this paper is designed to summarize the problems existing in the course of large-middle industrial enterprises＇ technique reconstruction in Liaoning province and the reasons for such problems, and provide the corresponding strategy.
