摘要
研究了具有包藏结构的新型改性剂粉末丁腈P-65对聚氯乙烯(PVC)性能的影响。结果表明,当P-65的加入量为20份时,材料的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度均达到最大值,其断裂伸长率为不加P-65体系的2倍。光学分析法对共混体系结构作的初步探讨认为,P-65能够比较均匀地分散在PVC树脂中,PVC中的氯原子与P-65中的腈基可能存在特殊相互作用。同时,对加工方式的影响进行了研究,发现塑炼比挤出对增强材料的性能更有利。
The effect of a new modifier P-65 which is one kind of powdered nitrile rubber with occluded structure on the properties of poly ( vinyl chloride) has been investigated in this article. The experimental results have demonstrated that the elongation at rupture and tensile strength of the PVC modified by P-65 can reach to the maximum when 20 portions of P-65 is added. The elongation at rupture of the modified blend is twice as large as that of PVC without adding P -65. The structural analyses of the blends by infrared spectrometer have confirmed that P -65 is evenly dispersed in the PVC resin and a special interaction may exist between the chloride atom in PVC and the nitrile grouping in P-65. The blending technology affecting the properties of the modified material has been discussed.
