Study on Properties of PP/BDS Composite

对PP/BDS共混物的性能和微观结构进行了研究。研究结果表明,BDS树脂在PP树脂中具有良好的分散性,二者有一定的相容性。随着BDS含量的增加,PP/BDS共混物的光泽度、流动性和冲击强度升高,拉伸性能下降,弯曲性能变化较小。与其他增韧剂相比,BDS对PP的增韧性能较好。

Morphological structure and properties of PP/BDS composite have been studied. The results have shown that the BDS resin possesses perfect dispersity in PP and there exists compatibility to a certain extent between BDS and PP. With increase of BDS content, the gloss, fluidity and impact strength of the compolsite increase, while tensile strength decreases and flexural properties change a little. Compared with other toughening agents, BDS is a better one for PP.
