中药合天保康注射液治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足性眩晕74例

74 Cases of Vertebrobasilar Ischemia Dizziness Treated by Chinese Medicine and Tianbaokang Injection

[目的]探讨中药伍用天保康注射液治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。[方法]对椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕74例,以益气、活血、通络作用的方药伍用静滴天保康注射液治疗。[结果]中药伍用天保康注射液治疗,总有效率达93·24%。[结论]中药伍用天保康注射液治疗椎—基底动脉供血不足性眩晕是一疗效显著的方法。

[Ohjective]Explore the curative effect of Tianbaokang Injection and Chinese Drug on dizziness caused by vertehrobasilar isehemia. [Method]Treatment was given to 74 eases of vertebrobasilar ischemia dizziness with Tianbaokang and the Chinese drugs to nourish Qi,activate blood and clear channels, [Result]The total effective rate was 93.24%. [Conclusion]It is a good therapy to treat vertebrobasilar isehemia dizziness with Tianbaokang and Chinese drug.
