中药治疗糖耐量低减72例疗效观察

Observation on 72 Cases of Low Glucose Tolerance Treated with Yuye Decoction

[目的]观察中药玉液汤加减治疗糖耐量低减(IGT)的疗效。[方法]随机分为2组,观察组72例,予玉液汤加减方;对照组43例,予二甲双胍肠溶片。分别统计用药8周和停药3月后的空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)的变化。[结果]用药8周后2组疗效有显著差异,观察优于对照组;停药3月后,2组有非常显著差异。[结论]玉液汤加减治疗糖耐量低减疗效较好;尤其远期疗效更好。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect on low glucose tolerance（LGT） treated by Chinese medicine Yuye Tang. [Method] Randomly divide into 2 groups, the observation group 72 eases were treated with revised Yuye Tang; the control one with dimethyldiguanide enteric tablets. Respectively make statistics to the changes of FBG and 2hPBG after 8 weeks of medication and 3 months after stopping the medicine. [Result] After taking medicine for 8 weeks, there＇s marked difference of therapeutic effect between the 2 groups, the observation group was better than the control one; after stopping the medicine for 3 months, there＇s marked difference between them too. [Conelusion] Yuye Decoction has good curative effect in treating LGT, especially in the long term.
