摘要 武广客运专线140 m下承式钢箱系杆拱桥上跨双向4车道京珠高速公路,桥轴线与京珠高速公路斜交,要求在全桥钢箱系梁、纵横梁、钢箱拱和吊杆安装完后再进行拖拉就位。采用ANSYS程序对2种拖拉施工方案施工全过程进行模拟计算,从临时墩设置、临时墩支座反力、导梁、纵横梁以及吊杆受力特点等方面进行分析研究。 The 140 m span through steel box tied arch bridge on Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Rail spans the dual two lane Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and the axis of the bridge is skew to that of the Expressway. In the construction, the bridge is required to be erected by hauling construction method after the installation of the steel box tied beams, longitudinal and transverse beams, steel box arches and hangers of the whole bridge has been completed. In this paper, the ANSYS program is used to conduct simulation calculation of the whole construction process of the proposed two kinds of the hauling construction schemes and the analytic study is made as well from aspect of setting of the temporary piers, reaction forces of the bearings on the temporary piers, and structural behavior of the launching noses, longitudinal and transverse beams and hangers.
