摘要
搅拌棒吸附萃取是九十年代末发展起来的一种新型的样品前处理技术,具有灵敏度高、重现性好、不使用有机溶剂等优点。适用于食品、环境、生物样品中挥发性及半挥发性有机物的痕量分析。本文综述了搅拌棒吸附萃取的萃取原理、萃取涂层、解吸方式、发展状况及应用,并与其它样品前处理技术进行了比较。引用文献38篇。
Stir bar sorptive extraction(SBSE), which was originally developed at the end of 1990s, is a kind of novel and solvent - free sample preparation technology with high sensitivity and reproducibility. It is suitable for the trace analysis of volatile and semi volatile organic compounds in food, environment and biologic samples. This paper reviews the extraction principle, coatings, desorption modes, development and application. The comparison of SBSE and other sample pretreatment methods is also presented. 38 references are cited.
