济钢宽厚板坯连铸机的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 为实现铸机高效、高质量的生产,济钢第三炼钢厂通过优化转炉装入量及LF精炼工艺,保证了生产组织的合理匹配;采用多炉连浇技术、上装引锭技术、浸入式水口快换及主机设备的整体吊换和线外维修,提高了铸机作业率;通过优化塞棒、水口密封吹氩工艺参数、选择合理的水口及插入深度、优化保护渣性能、优化动态轻压下量、降低钢中S含量、加强设备的检修与维护等措施,改善了铸坯质量。生产表明,单流铸机年产量达到了225万t。 In order to realize high efficiency and high-quality production of the slab caster, No.3 Steelmaking Plant of Jigang ensures logical matching of production plan hy optimizing the charge of material and LF refining process; increases the operation rate of the caster by adopting multiple-heat casting, rapid exchange of the submerged nozzle and the integer replying and off line maintain of the master machine; improves the slab quality by optimizing the process parameten of argon blowing for stopper and nozzle seal, the performance of the mould powder and dynamic soft reductian, choosing reasonable nozzle and depth of submersion, reducing sulphur content and strengthaning the examine, repair and maintenance of the equipment and so on. Production shows that the annual output of the strand caster reaches 225 ten thousand tons.
