介绍了供应商的选择、评价和采购运作管理。用过程的方法,重视数据采集和分析;从对供方的选择的角度,确保供方质量保证体系健全,加强对供方的日常考核;通过计划和配比额度、货款支付、年终评比,确保供方持续提供合格件的能力;从Q、C、D、S等四个方面加强监控供方的制造能力、质量体系、物流体系,强化企业采购管理,促使供方与企业建立战略合作伙伴关系,实现双赢。
The selection, evaluation of supplier and the administration of purchase are introduced. The author put a high value on data collection, analysis and through the method of process analysis, discussing how to ensure, the healthiness healthinesshealthiness quality system of the supplier in respect of the selection and daily assessing; how to ensure the sustained capacity of supplying eligible work pieces of the supplier in respect of plan making, quota controlling, payment disbursing and year-end appraising to strengthen the production capacity. Quality system and logistics controlled by for aspects, i.e., Q, C, D, S. Strengthening the supply chain management, improving the strategy cooperation relations with the partnership realize win-win.
