摘要
在气相色谱上,乙酰乙酸甲酯、乙酰乙酸乙酯、3-氧代戊酸甲酯与醇在无任何催化剂存在下,发生酯交换反应。酯交换反应受气相色谱的进样口温度、柱温、载气流速影响。该反应为气相色谱在线制备纯的直链β-二酮酯类化合物提供了一种简便的方法。当采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱时,这些直链β-二酮酯化合物的烯醇式和酮式互变体能够得到很好的分离。
Gas chromatography (GC) as a chemical reactor, methyl acetoacetate, ethyl acetoacetate, and methyl 3-oxo pentanoate can undergo transesterfication with various alcohols without any catalyzers. The reaction was affected by the temperature of the inlet and the GC column, also by the flow rate of the carrier. The reaction provided a easy way to get on-line β-keto esters. The tautomers of the β-keto esters can be readily separated by a HP-5 capillary column.
