单色光对蛋白高度、哈氏单位和蛋黄颜色的影响 被引量:1

摘要 180只海兰褐蛋鸡分别饲养在蓝、绿、红和白等不同光环境中,试验期为19~45周龄,光照强度为15lx,光照时间为16h。试验结果显示,绿光组蛋白高度最高((7.13±0.04)mm),与白光和蓝光组差异显著(P<0.05);绿光和红光组哈氏单位显著大于白光和蓝光组(P<0.05);白光组蛋黄颜色值(4.6±0.15)最大,与其它组之间差异极显著(P<0.01),但绿光组蛋黄颜色值与周龄间相关系数(r)极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明单色光可影响蛋品质,其中绿光组蛋品质最好。 180 Hy-Line brown layers were exposed to blue (B), green (G),red (R)light of light emitting diode (LED) lamps and incandescent light(W)from 19 to 45 wk. All light sources were equalized on the light intensity of 15 lx and applied for 16 hr daily. The results show:(1)The albumen height was highest in G light((7.13±0.04)mm)and significantly higher than those in W and B light (P〈0.05); (2)The Haugh unit in G,R lights were significantly higher (P〈0.05)than those in W,B lights; (3)The egg color in W light was highest (4.6±0.15)and was extremely higher than those in other lights,however,correlation coefficients(r) between egg color and age in G light were highly significant(P〈0.01 ). These results showed that monocromatic light could affect egg quality and egg quality was best in G light.
