摘要
目的为了合理地设计和优化混凝工艺,改善流场结构,提高混凝效果,并验证往复式隔板絮凝池的结构优化参数.方法应用计算流体力学(CFD)技术对往复式隔板絮凝池的流场进行了数值模拟.结果模拟结果表明转弯过水断面面积A1与廊道内的过水断面面积A2比值A为1.3时,絮凝池转弯处流速分布较合理,整个流场过渡较平稳.模拟结果还表明,将絮凝池直角拐角和隔板的矩形端面设计成圆弧形,可以消除拐角处的死水区,为絮凝过程创造良好的水力条件.结论应用CFD技术对絮凝池流场进行数值模拟,获得水流结构,分析研究其流场特性,能够为高效絮凝的理论研究与絮凝池的优化设计提供一定的依据.
It is one of the effective ways to enhance the efficiency of coagulation by configuration optimization of the coagulation process to improve rationally the flow field. In this paper CFD technology is applied to numerically simulate the flow field of a reciprocating baffled flocculation tank to confirm the optimum configuration parameter. Simulation results indicate that the velocity distribution at the turning is reasonable and the flow transition is smooth when the ratio of A1 to A2 is about 1.3, where At is the area of the wetted cross-section at the turning and A2 is the area of the wetted cross-section at the gallery. Simulation results also show that the arched end sections comparative to rectangular ones of the baffle and the turning of a flocculation can decrease the die zone and provide a better hydraulic condition for the coagulation process.
