摘要 介绍了下挂式多级脉冲增效射孔和外套式多级脉冲增效射孔技术的作用原理、产品特点及技术指标。该设计采用了火工品中的隔板点火技术与延时技术,并对增效药剂的综合性能进行改进,从而达到了将高能气体压裂与一体式增效射孔有机融合的效果,井上与井下试验结果表明该技术获得了最大的射孔穿深和很好的压裂效果。 Two new kinds of impulse increase-effect perforating technology have been introduced. Structure, principle and characteristic of the multistage impulse increase-effect perforating under the perforator and the multistage impulse increase-effect perforating with outside powder were put forward. The bulkhead initiating and delay initiating technology were adopted, and the performance of increase-effect composition was improved, so the effect of combining high energy gas fracture technology with incorporate increase-effect perforating technology was gained. Test result demonstrated that the technology can obtain greatest perforator depth and good fracture.
