合成条件对TS—2沸石的合成和催化性能的影响 被引量:6

Influences of Synthetic Conditions on Synthetic and Catalytic Properties of Titanium Silicalite-2 Zeolites

摘要 本文通过改变H2O/SiO2比、Si/Ti比、模板剂的用量以及胶液的pH值等条件,合成了一系列TS-2沸石,用XRD、IR和SEM系统地考察了上述因素对合成的TS-2沸石的结晶纯度、骨架钛含量以及其晶体形貌的影响;用苯酚羟基化反应考察了其催化性能,就沸石的结晶度、骨架钛量,特别是晶体形貌与其催化活性的关系进行了探讨;找到了具有较高催化活性的TS-2分子筛的合成方法. A Series of TS-2 were synthesized by variating molar ratios of TBAOH/SiO2, H2O/SiO2, St/Ti, andpH value of gel solution. It was studied that the influences of these synthetic factors on the degree of crystallization, the amounts of framwork Ti, and crystal morphology of synthesized TS-2 zeolites by the chracterization mrthods of XRD, IR and SEM; and phenol hydroxylation reaction was used to check the influences of these factors on the catalytic propertics of TS-2 zeolites. Relationship between the degree of crystallization, the amounts of framwork Ti, especially crystal morphology of TS-2 zeolites with its catalytic activities for phenol hydroxylation was discussed, and then, the synthetic method of TS-2 zeolite with the better catalytic activity was found.
