摘要
以氧氯化锆为起始原料,通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了无支撑体ZrO2陶瓷膜,用DTA-TG、XRD、BET、SEM等分析测试手段对陶瓷膜结构及其孔性能进行了表征.结果表明,ZrO2陶瓷膜具有高度的择优取向特征,膜烧结过程存在着ZrO2品相转变,ZrO2陶瓷膜孔径<50nm,且呈双值分布,本文亦基于实验分析对陶瓷膜的结构模型进行了初步探讨.
Non-supported zirconia ceramic membranes derived by a sol-gel process, using zirconyl chloride as starting material, were characterized by DTA-TG, XTD, BET, and SEM. The results revealed that the membranes were highly oriented. The tetragonal zirconia was precipitated at low temperature (around 430℃), and thed transformed into the monoclinic phase which was thermodynamically stable at high temperature. The pores with a diameter of less than 50nm took on the doublc value distribution. The structure model of ceramic membranes was corroborated upon the basis of the experimental analysis.
