摘要
进入21世纪,日本为“确保富有魅力的优秀教师”,提出三项举措:改善资格许可证制度,改善教师采用制度,改善研修方式和研究生院的修学休业制度。本文以茨城大学教育学部美术与音乐教师培育课程的改革情况以及枥木县美术科教师的研修情况为例,呈现这一改革的具体面貌。在此基础上,分析了日本美术与音乐师资培育方式的长处与问题。以此为借鉴,根据我国的实际情况,提出有关改革我国中小学美术与音乐师资培育方式的建议。
In the new millennium, Japan carries out three measures to foster quality teacher with outstanding charisma:to improve the teacher ceriticate system; to improve the teaching post application system; and to improve the reeducation system. Taking two Japandese counties for example, this article displays the present Japan' s refrom, its pros and cons, by which China can learn something in order to do better in the reform of its music and art teacher training in accordance with its reality. The author offers his idea in this regard of reform in China.
