子宫颈癌中环氧化酶-2与Ki-67增生指数、bax、微血管密度以及CD_(44v6)关系的研究 被引量:2

The relationship between COX-2 and Ki-67 proliferation index, bax, microvascular density and CD_(44v6) in cervical carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨子宫颈癌中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与细胞核抗原Ki-67增生指数、促凋亡基因产物bax蛋白、微血管密度(MVD)以及CD44v6之间的关系,从而探讨COX-2参与子宫颈癌发生、发展的可能机制。方法采用组织芯片技术结合免疫组织化学PV法分别检测子宫颈癌中COX-2,Ki-67,bax,MVD(用CD34标记)和CD44v6的表达,并分析它们之间的关系。结果子宫颈癌中COX-2的表达分别与Ki-67标记指数(r=0.199,P=0.001)、MVD呈显著正相关(r=0.316,P<0.001),与CD44v6呈正相关(r=0.150,P=0.039);而COX-2的表达与bax的表达无直线相关关系(r=0.064,P=0.344)。结论COX-2参与子宫颈癌的机制可能与促进肿瘤血管形成、促进细胞增生及细胞黏附有关,与bax的表达无直接关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between COX-2 and Ki-67 proliferation index, bax, microvascular density(MVD)and CD44v6 respectively. Methods The expression of COX-2,Ki-67, bax, MVD (labelled by CD34) and CD44v6 were examined by immunohistochemistry PV method and tissue chip method in 101 cases of cervical carcinomas epithelium. Results The expression of COX-2 in cervical carci- nomas has positive correlation with Ki-67, MVD and CD44v6, but has no correlation with bax. Conclusion The probable mechanisms are related with neovascularization, cell proliferation and cell adherence, but not related with the expression of bax.
