摘要
重症坏死性胰腺炎和胰腺癌等胰腺疾病的治疗仍然十分困难,干细胞的研究为其治疗提供了一种可能性,但胰腺干细胞缺乏特征,分子标志物尚缺乏特异性,通过体外培养与扩增技术成功培养更多的干细胞,可能为胰腺疾病的治疗开辟新途径.因此,应该重视干细胞在胰腺疾病基础与临床中的应用价值.
