掩饰性正畸治疗轻度骨性偏畸形的临床研究

Evaluation of camouflaged orthodontic technique in the treatment of mild skeletal facial asymmetry

目的评价应用掩饰性正畸方法矫治轻度骨性偏畸形的临床疗效。方法收集20例轻度骨性偏畸形患者进行正畸掩饰性矫治,并于矫治前后进行正中位后前位头颅X线片头影测量分析和模型测量分析。结果①不对称面形均有一定程度的改善。②正中结构标志点ManDP、ManAC、Me、Me'明显向中线聚拢。③两侧对称性结构点A6、B6、Go、Go'、U3、U4、U6、L3、L4、L6治疗后均趋于对称。④面部横向宽度A6(R)-A6(L)、U3(R)-U3(L)、U4(R)-U4(L)、U6(R)-U6(L)增宽。⑤两侧下颌综合长度差减小。⑥偏斜侧上颌第一恒磨牙更加向颊侧倾斜,下颌第一恒磨牙更加向舌侧倾斜。结论掩饰性正畸方法能够有效地矫治轻度骨性偏畸形。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of camouflaged orthodontic technique in the treatment of mild skeletal facial asymmetry. Methods Twenty patients with mild facial asymmetries were treated by camouflaged orthodontic technique. The posteroanterior cephalometric radiographs and dental casts were taken and analyzed before and after treatment. Results ① The asymmetric shapes of face were improved. ② The dimensions of ManDP, ManAC, Me, Me＇to MSL reduced significantly after treatment. ③ The symmetric points of A6, B6, Go, Go＇, U3, U4, U6, L3, L4, L6 of the two sides were access to symmetry. ④A6 （ R ） -A6 （ L）, U3 （ R ） -U3 （L）, U4 （ R ） -U4 （L）, U6 （ R ） -U6 （ L ） were widen obviously after treatment. ⑤ The differences of the total length of the mandible of the two sides were reduced. ⑥ The maxillary first molars of the oblique side inclined more buccally, and the mandibular first molars of the oblique side inclined more lingually. Conclusion Mild skeletal facial asymmetry can be treated by camouflaged orthodontic technique effectively.
