摘要
对原卧式涂胶机进行了改造，使２次刮涂工艺变为１次浸涂工艺。改造后工艺生产的胶布硬而挺，附胶量控制好，涂胶均匀。该工艺生产效率高，劳动强度低，节约原料。设备改造整体设计合理，实用性较强。
The horizontal rubber spreading machine for producing coated fabric in rubber sealing article was reformed from two-step coating tO One-step dipping process.The reformed process had higher production efficiency and good quality in rubber coating.
