端羟基丁腈橡胶的合成 被引量:4

摘要 在10L和50L不锈钢聚合釜中,以合成端羟基丁腈橡胶(HTBN)为目的,用H_2O_2作引发剂,乙醇作溶剂,研究了丁二烯(Bd)和丙烯腈(AN)的溶液共聚合。结果表明,在AN/Bd为10/90,15/85,20/80,H_2O_2用量为4.0~8.0g(按100g混合单体计,下同),乙醇用量为70~80g,110~120℃和l20~150min的聚合条件下,可以得到Mn为2300—4200、羟值(KOH)为40.0~80.0mg/g、粘度为3.0—45.0Pa·S的HTBN,其收率约50%。后处理宜采用沉降—热水洗涤—釜式干燥法。 The solution copolymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile for the synthesis of hydroxyl-terminated nitrile rubber was studied with H2O2 as initiator and ethanol as solvent in a l0 L and a 50 L polymerization reactors.when acrylonitrile/butadiene was10/90,15/85,20/80,the amount of H2O2 was 4.00~8.0g(100 g monomers) and ethanol was 70~80 g, at 110~120℃ for 120~150 min,the polymerized hydroxyl-terminated nitrile rubber had the Mn 2300-4200,hydroxyl value 40.0-80.0mg/g,viscosity 3.0~45.0Pa·5, with a yield of 50%. The post-treatment adopted the sedimentation-hot water washing-vessel dry method.
