摘要
采用起始应力与平衡应力差值的e ̄(-1)倍所对应的时间为硫化天然橡胶的平均松弛时间(τ_0),适当选取各运动单元的松弛时间.建立了5参数数学模型松弛谱的强度(A_i)通过多无线性回归法确定。结果表明,回归值与实验值吻合良好,在13~71℃,均方根偏差小于1.50%。
The average relaxation time of vulcanized natural rubber(τo) was defined by the initial stress minus minus equilibrium stress multiplied by e-1 The model with five parameters was estabilished after the relaxation time of movement unit was choiced properlyThe intensity of relaxation spectrum(Ai) was determined by multiparameter linear regression. The results showed a good agreement between the calculated data and the experimental curves.The mean square root deviation was less than 1. 50% at l3~71℃.
