摘要
简介了螺杆挤出法生产再生胶的工艺原理、再生过程，以及由美国再生胶公司和沈阳化工学院开发的螺杆挤出机的结构特点和设计参数。比较了沈阳化工学院开发的螺杆挤出再生工艺和国内油法或水油法再生工艺的特点，表明前者由螺杆挤出机代替了后者的脱硫胶盘和脱硫罐，节省了设备，且由间歇生产转化为连续生产，产品性能达到国家标准。
The reclaiming mechanism and the technological process of extruder reclaiming process for producing reclaimed rubber were reviewed.The structural features and the fundamental parameters of the extruders were compared.
