摘要 将松脂或松香溶于溶剂中,以Pd/C为催化剂,≤200℃反应,可得色泽浅与不皂化物含量低的歧化松香。对该歧化松香组成研究后表明,在上述条件下除含有通常的少量脱羧产物外,尚有降解产物,它带羧基,分子量为276,没有其它小分子降解产物,因而收率较高,不皂化物少。 A light color disproportionated rosin with low content of unsaponifiable matters was obtained by dissolving gum rosin or gum resin into solvents,and reacting at ≤200℃ with Pd/C as catalyst。In the study of the components of this disproportionated rosin,it was found that,beside small amount of decarboxylated products as usually occurred,degradation product containing carboxyl was also present and its molecular weight was 276. Other small molecular degradation products were not found. This accounts for the higher yield and less unsaponifiable matters than the products manufactured by other processes. Besides, a small amount of abietene generated from abietic acid was found ordinarily.
