表现为Krukenberg瘤的胆管癌卵巢转移一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，60岁。因胆管癌术后12个月，发现下腹肿物3个月。以肿物性质待查入院。患者12个月前因肝门部胆管癌于外院行剖腹探查术，术中见肿瘤大小为3．0cm×1．8cm×1．7cm，位于肝门部，侵犯左右肝管与胆囊管，行左半肝切除术＋胆囊切除术＋胆肠内引流术。病理学检查为肝门部胆管中低分化腺癌伴神经广泛浸润，胆囊与胆囊管肌层及浆膜层内见癌组织伴神经浸润。术后未予化疗。查体：体温36．6℃，血压120／75mmHg，皮肤巩膜无黄染，腹软无压痛，下腹正中可触及质硬肿物，约12cm×10cm大小，表面不光滑，活动度良好，与皮肤无粘连，无明显触痛，肝脾肋下未及。实验室检查：白细胞2．36×10^9／L，中性粒细胞0．772，红细胞3．17×10^12／L，血红蛋白96g/L，血小板154×10^9／L，总蛋白54g／L，
