By analyzing various factors affecting the reliability of single chip computers＇ application system, the paper proposes a reliable analytical approach and functional index and conducts analyses and research on improvement of the system＇ s reliability, directing against internal faults in various aspects such as in power - cut protection, hardware, software, etc. The paper finally concludes that the system＇ s reliability can be greatly improved by adding relevant hardware and software to the system.
