近年来,各单位在招聘财会人员时,普遍提出需有一定工作经验的要求,这对于各院校财会专业毕业生而言,成为了他们择业路上的拦路虎。针对此社会现象,分析了高职教育的特征和培养目标,探讨如何通过增加实践、实训教学环节以提高财会专业毕业生的动手能力,从而满足社会需求。

In recent years, college graduates of accounting major have met an obstacle on the way to choose their jobs because they are required to have more experience by companies which offer advertisement for accountants. The article analyses the traits and aim of higher vocational education, probes how to promote graduates＇ operation ability through increase of practice teaching so as to meet the society＇s demand.
