随着中国经济的快速崛起,中新两国关系确实出现过一些波折。然而,事实表明,中国在经济上是东亚地区的稳定器,中国经济的竞争力也不可能因为汇率变动而消逝。自1997-1998年亚洲金融危机以后,中斯两国之间也建立起了较稳固的金融合作基础。在中斯两国之间的区域金融合作已经取得一定的进展的基础上,提出了推进中新两国金融合作发展的一些设想。
