摘要
中国的宋元明清时期是饮食文化的鼎盛时期,表现在食经著作大量涌现,饮食业发达,宫廷饮食豪华,烹饪技艺提高,主副食品丰富,饮料兴盛,修身养生观念强等各个方面。
Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing were prime times for catering culture, mainly in aspects of writings lots of works, advanced in catering, luxury food of palace, promotion in cuisine technique, richness in food, thriving of drinks and concepts on character cultivation.
