随着中国与东盟自由贸易区的构建,越南特殊的区位优势也明显凸现,中国对越南贸易和投资的金额正变得越来越大,但面临的问题也越来越多,需对越南贸易和投资面临的几个问题进行探讨。

With the construction of China - ASEAN Freed Trade Zone, the intruding position advantage of Vietnam is very obvious. As China invest more and more money on Vietnam market and business gets larger and larger, more and more problems have occurred. Thus China should probe on some problems in terms of trade with and investment in Vietnam.
