拟南芥抗病基因克隆研究现状

摘要 对抗病基因的种类、特性、克隆策略及其应用前景进行论述.探讨拟南芥抗病基因克隆的研究现状、图位克隆技术和转座子标签技术的原理及在拟南芥抗病基因克隆中的应用.抗病基因的克隆不但有利于深入研究植物与病原物的分子互作机理,而且为植物重要病害的防治提供有效的措施. This paper summarized the progress of category and strategy of R gene cloning and the application of R gene cloned in Arabidopsis. Not only the latest research of R gene in Arabidopsis but also the technique of positional cloning and transposon tagging were discussed detailedly. Research of the plant R gene cloned would benefit to understand the plant - pathogen interaction and formulated effective measure to control the plant disease.
