甜柿十二倍体试管苗嫩枝嫁接方法的研究

摘要 以甜柿十二倍体试管苗为试材,借助嫩枝嫁接的方法对甜柿试管苗嫁接进行研究,结果表明:嫁接时保持完整根系,切除子叶,接穗削面长度控制在2~3mm,嫁接成活率最高;嫁接培养基采用附加IBA0.3m g/L+ZT0.44mg/L+AC 3g/L+蔗糖30g/L的MS(1/2N)固体培养基,有利于嫁接成活. In virtue of grafting of twig, dodecaploid plantlet of nonastringent persimmon were used as material to study in vitro grafting of plantlet. The results indicated that rootstock with intact root, excised cotyledons and 2 - 3 mm length of graft - cut promised the highest survival rate of grafting. In addition, solid MS ( 1/2N) supplemented with IBA 0. 3 mg/L +ZT 0. 44 mg/L +AC 3 g/L + Sugar 30 g/L was the optimum cultivation medium for survival of grafted plantlets.
