摘要
文章分析了ISP工艺的特点,阐述了其在韶关冶炼厂的发展历程,总结了韶冶通过改造密闭鼓风炉体,改善冷凝器结构,完善工艺操作,科学的制度管理所取得的成效,提出了优化ISP工艺的主要方法。
This paper analyses the feature of Imperial Smelting Process; summarizes the development of ISP in Shaoguan Smelter, and also introduces the success Shaoguan Smelter achieved through improving Imperial Smelting Furnace and condenser＇s structure, perfecting ISP＇s operations and scientific managements. Finally it proposes the main method to optimize ISP.
