从废弃炉渣中回收钴、镍、铜的研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用酸浸某厂废弃炉渣中Cu、Ni、Co,Cu、Ni浸出率达99%以上,Co浸出率达87%。浸出液采用铁粉置换法回收分离铜、黄钠铁矾法除铁、NaF法除钙镁、P204深度除杂和P507分离镍钴,除杂率达99.5%以上,浸出液中Cu、Ni、Co回收率均超过94%。 The Cobalt Nickel and Copper in waste slag were leached by mix acid. Leaching rate of Nickel and Copper was more than 99% and it of Cobalt was 87%. The Copper was separated and recovered by metathesis of Fe, which was separated in form of Na2Fe6(SO4)4(OH)12. Ca and Mg were separated by additiving NaF, and residual impurities were deeply removed by P204 solvent extraction. Co and Ni were separated by P507 solvent extraction. The rat of removing impurities was more than 99.5% and the recovery rate of Co, Ni and Cu in solution was more than 94%.
